The Ashford Residence Sam's house is average-sized for a guy of his status, since he isn't the richest of them all. It's in a quaint area on a quiet street about ten minutes away from school; the outside is white shingled with a front door and a gold knocker. Inside are three bedrooms and two baths: one for each member of the family, since his parents don't get along at times, they'll sleep in separate rooms while meanwhile, Sam's room is normal-sized with a petite closet, bed, bureau and desk. Anderson Way Anderson Way is the home of Grace Anderson. She lives in a fairly sized house down the street from Sam Ashford. She's alone with her mother, but they have two extra rooms, guest rooms, in their comforting house. The house is warming to anyone who walks in, and Grace's bedroom is on the top floor. She has quite a large room, with a king-sized bed, apple macbook, a desk, TV, mini fridge, and yes, an XBOX360 where she plays Guitar Hero nonstop. The house is quite roomy and decorated formally, since her mother loves decorations. Pictures of her family and her mother and Grace are on the walls; not one photograph of her asshole father is to be found, except for one picture of Grace when she was a baby, and her father just so happened to be in her room, where the picture was taken. The St. Clair Estate Brietta lives in an extremely large house, complete with very large grounds. It contains a large kitchen, a huge living room, an entrance room, a dinning room with a banquet sized table, three half baths and four full baths, Brietta's room and walk-in closet, her parent's room & walk-in closet, a home gym, a movie room, and a rec room. The backyard contains a large swimming people that resembles the one in HSM2, a tennis court, and, of course, a jacuzzi. Moderator: Brietta St. Clair

The Brooks Residence This is the home of Summer Brooks, and her father, Micheal. Summer and her father live in a middle class, average type of home, and it's very nice inside. The outside looks very classy, but if you look inside, you may think Summer and her father are rich, when really, they aren't. Summer's home contains a nice sized kitchen, that sits an entire family, it also contains four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The backyard has a swing, and it is accompanied by a gorgeous looking swimming pool. Moderator: Summer Brooks
The Collins Mansion The Collins Mansion includes a living room, a lounge, three playrooms, a child's guest room, three guest rooms, three bathrooms, two master bedrooms, a front foyer, a back foyer, a backyard pool, a kitchen, a dining room, and a basement. Moderator: Haley Collins
The Farley Apartment This is where DeeJay, her twins, (Starr & Cole) and her twin brother, Zac live. It's not a huge apartment but it's enough for the four of them. There are two master bedrooms (Deejay & Zac’s rooms), and then one smaller one (Starr & Cole’s room). The twins also have a playroom connected to their bedroom. The kitchen is small, but it can hold all four of them at once and the living room is fairly large. Also, there is a bathroom conjoining each room. Moderator: ``DeeJay Farley~~

The Jones Estate This is the home of Amber Jones. Everything inside the house is expensive; Amber's parents like to buy nice and luxurious things. There are several rooms which are very large and decorated beautifully. The whole back side of the house is made of glass, so the sun can shine through easily. Moderator: Amber Jones

The Jenkins Condo This is where Cari and her father live. Her father is rarely home, so she basically has the place to herself. It is very large, right on the beach, and perfect for all the parties she likes to throw. On the outside, it looks huge and empty, but on the inside it looks great. It totally fits her personality.
